Noche en Blanco – Sevilla 2012

• Exhibition: “The Barbarians are coming”. Commissioners: Ignacio Tovar y Sema D’Acosta. Starting from this immediate past, “The Barbarians are coming” intends to bring up a situation scene about the present and future of the young creation in the city. It is not about turning to reknown artists, but looking for the new values under 35 that have emerged during the last five years or have just started their career. Apart from that are included others that, even without having started it, can reach it by means of flair, conviction and dedication.

• Show: Other faces, another traces (ENDANZA) , by Daniel Andreu.A man is devoted to the task of drawing the world. As years go by, he fills the space with images of provinces, kingdoms, mountains, bays, ships, fishes, rooms, instruments, stars, horses and people. Just before dying, he discovers that his patient maze is a spur of his own face. (Jorge Luis Borges, 1960)

• Show: Inside Lastboy, , by Jesús Escudero. It is a session in which the public will be introduced into the musical process, origins and creative process of Lastboy. It will include a first part where it will be explained how he performs his beats, how he samples and the way the beat leads him to the melody he will develop ideas for the lyrics with.
  After that we will go into the final result of all this, a concert where he will sing themes working good since his debut two years ago, joined to his most recent publications.

• Exposición: «Que vienen los bárbaros». Comisarios: Ignacio Tovar y Sema D’Acosta. Partiendo de ese pasado inmediato, Que vienen los bárbaros pretende plantear un panorama de situación sobre el presente y el futuro de la creación joven en la ciudad. No se trata de acudir a autores ya descubiertos o reconocidos, sino de rastrear los nuevos valores menores de 35 años que han emergido en el último lustro o acaban de emprender su carrera, además de incluir a otros que sin haberla comenzado todavía, pueden llegar a tenerla por aptitud, convicción y dedicación. Comisario:

• Espectáculo: Otros rostros, otros rastros (ENDANZA), por Daniel Andreu. Un hombre se entrega a la tarea de dibujar el mundo. A medida que pasan los años, llena el espacio con imágenes de provincias, reinos, montañas, bahías, barcos, peces, habitaciones, instrumentos, estrellas, caballos y personas. Justo antes de morir, descubre que su paciente laberinto de líneas es una huella de su propio rostro. (Jorge Luis Borges, 1960)

• Espectáculo:Dentro de Lastboy, por Jesús Escudero. Es una sesión en la que se introducirá al público dentro del proceso musical, orígenes y proceso creativo de Lastboy.Tendrá una primera parte en la que explicará como genera sus beats, como samplea y la manera en que el beat le lleva a la melodía con la que acaba generando ideas para una letra.
  Seguidamente pasaremos al resultado final de todo esto, un concierto en el que cantará temas que están funcionando bien en el directo, desde su debut hace dos años, unidos a sus más recientes composiciones.
